A multifaceted business management platform designed for SMS Assist (now Lessen), aimed at a wide service industry audience encompassing everything from mom-and-pop shops servicing HVAC units, to large national companies managing maintenance for entire business chains.
Robust functionality included detailed service appointment scheduling, billing management, employee management, and more. Complex intersecting data models behind these features had to be supported by intuitive user workflows allowing the user to enter, manage, and edit large amounts of data across many inputs, all without getting confused.
